Quality Solutions & Process

We attempt to clean all objects that are approved by you, however there are items that may have irrepairable damage. While we replace structural items, we do not replace contents and direct you to contact your insurance carrier on how to proceed. We will need to take pictures of the placement of all contents before we move them so we can easily replace your belongings at the completion of the job. On a whole-house pack out, there are small cupboards and drawers that hold tons of items or areas that you may not want us to unpack again. It can be helpful to schedule a time to go over these more specific details.

Our objective is to return your home to its pre-loss condition as quickly as possible, while providing you with the best customer serivce. In an insurance claim, we are able to have direct contact and billing with the insurance adjuster to make this process as easy for you as possible. We will maintain contact with you and update you throughout the process as well. At the successful completion of the job, our technicians will ask you to complete a Satisfaction of Repair worksheet. If there is anything we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Water & Flood Damage Process

In the case of water damage, the equipment placed in your home has been set up to provide the optimal drying conditions as per IICRC. This equipment must run continuously in order to be effective. At times, floors or walls may feel dry, but may actually still contain a high level of moisture. The technicians have specialized meters to detect moisture under floors and behind walls. Equipment may need to be added, removed, or repositioned throughout the drying process.

Tips:
  • If for some reason a piece of equipment stops running, please contact us as soon as possible

  • If you need equipment moved, please shut it off and unplug the equipment. It is hazardous to move these units plugged in. Let us know if equipment needs to be rearranged.

  • Keep your home temperate between 70-76 degrees for ideal drying.

Fire & Smoke Damage
Process

In the case of fire and smoke damage, our technicians must start the air purification and cleaning process as soon as possible to prevent the spread of secondary damage from smoke and soot. While open windows can help clear the smoke initially, the house must be closed up for our equipment to be most effective. The smoke particles and smell will begin to dissipate, but will not be completely gone until all surfaces and contents have been cleaned, sealed, or removed if necessary.

Tips:
  • You may become "immune" to the smell, but you may develop a cough or headache, so spend as little time as possible in the building or rooms during the first couple of days.

  • We do this for a living, so in your best interest we ask that you please allow our technicians and associates perform most of the cleaning process.
